Recipe Method

1. Fry the roughly chopped garlic, finely chopped ginger, finely choppedchilli and salt in the coconut oil in a saucepan for a couple of minutes to release their flavours. 

2. Add the thinly sliced broccoli stalks and roughly chopped coriander and stir though.
