1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4 2. Whiz flour (plus extra for dusting), sugar and cold chopped butter in a processor until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. 3. Add egg and a teaspoon of water and whiz again until the mixture forms a ball. Roll out the dough to a thickness of a
